1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the rss77 platform available at rss77.app (the "Platform"), you ("User", "Player", "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the rss77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in suspension of account functionality, including the ability to withdraw funds, until verification is completed.

3 Account Registration

To place real-money wagers or access any paid gaming feature on rss77, you must register a verified account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your rss77 account:

• Single Account Rule: Each individual may hold only one (1) rss77 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts, whether under your own identity or under a third party's identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

rss77 facilitates PKR deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods commonly used by players in Pakistan. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

• Accepted Methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability and verification status of your account.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rs 200 (Pakistani Rupees two hundred). rss77 reserves the right to revise minimum and maximum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal request is Rs 500 (Pakistani Rupees five hundred).
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within thirty (30) minutes under standard conditions, subject to completion of KYC verification, absence of pending bonus wagering requirements, and rss77's anti-fraud review procedures.
• Same-Method Policy: rss77 reserves the right to require that withdrawal funds be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering control.
• Currency: All transactions are conducted in PKR. rss77 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges which are outside rss77's control.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts that remain inactive (no login, deposit, or wagering activity) for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. rss77 reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after providing prior written notice.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

rss77 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual offer:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement will be stated on the promotion page.
• Expiry: Bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the relevant promotion. Uncompleted bonus balances will expire and be forfeited after the stated deadline.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the rss77 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or operating more than one rss77 account in your own name or in the name of any third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulently obtained identification documents during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and individual game rules, these Terms shall prevail unless the individual game rules expressly state otherwise.

9 Limitation of Liability

rss77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an rss77 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Upon termination for cause, rss77 is not obligated to return any funds held in your account until any investigation into suspected breach has been completed. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned through standard withdrawal channels.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rss77 holds its applicable gaming licence. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through rss77's internal complaints process, you may refer the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body specified in rss77's licensing terms.
